This UCLA COVID-19 Family Needs Study was a community partnered qualitative study that had two aims: (1) Characterize the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Black and Latinx K-12 students from low-income backgrounds and (2) Identify school policy recommendations to address students’ needs.

The Los Angeles County Community Advsory Board included three community organizations that informed the interview guide and assessed the school policy recommendatios for feasibility.
